Thank you to Freecycling

Last week we got some free hand-me-down quads... Daddy lies to call it "freecycling". Whatever you want to call it we now have sweet rides to race around the cul-de-sac in!

Bella: I'll take the Kids Ribs...

We got to go to Chilis the other night... I got to choose what to eat... I chose ribs. I don't really know how to eat ribs, so my mouth and hands got really messy!

safety first in the Jeep

Even though it's not needed, I like to wear my helmet in the Jeep. those curbs can sneak up on you!

artwork by Bella and Leighton

leighton: potty training

While I am not too good at the "going to the toilet" I have mastered the art of pulling the toilet paper off the roll!

Sunday adventure with Daddy

Last Sunday Daddy took us down to Holy Jims in the Jeep. It was fun, we got to walk around on the creek bed, throw some rocks, and then Daddy took us on an adventure in the Jeep. We went up some big hills, into a creek bed, and through puddles that splashed water over the whole car!

bella: present for my Daddy

This Christmas I got to go to a Christmas boutique at my preschool and choose presents for everyone. I know my Daddy likes basketball, so I bought him this basketball coloring and activity book. He loved it and it brought a real smile to him!

It was a fun Christmas Day. Santa didn't miss our house, because Daddy had the lights on. Santa ate our cookies, and the reindeers ate most of the carrots. Bella got lots of different Hello Kitty presents, the big one from Santa being a Hello Kitty digital camera. Leighton got some books, underpants, and a new red scooter. Lola was just happy for cereal and baby food! We had a great breakfast at our house after opening some presents, then went and had a family lunch at Nanna and Poppas house. All the cousins were there so us kids had lots and lots of fun! Here are some pictures of Christmas Day 2009...

leighton: shreddin' on my scooter

While Bella and the cousins were off ice skating I was testing out my new wheels at the Spectrum. Check me out. Yes, my helmet has a sweet spider graphic on it.

bella: ice skating

The other day I went ice-skating for the first time! Mommy helped me get around the rink, as Daddy says he is Australian and therefore doesn't have the ability to ice skate. Little kids have to wear helmets, lucky I had my brand new bike helmet in the car, so that I looked pretty in pink on the ice. It was really fun because all my cousins got to ice skate with me, and we got to eat funnel cake afterwards.
